All of our Assessors have studied to Nebosh National Certificate Level in Fire Safety & Risk Management
When carrying out the assessment we will do the following:
Identify the fire hazards.
Identify people at risk.
Evaluate, remove or reduce the risks.
Record our findings, prepare an emergency plan and provide training.
Review and update the fire risk assessment regularly.

the removal or safe storage of dangerous substances
an emergency fire evacuation plan
the needs of vulnerable people, for example the elderly, young children or those with disabilities
providing information to employees and other people on the premises

Annual Fire System Planned Preventative Maintenance Audit
Full audit of all Fire Maintenance Service Records inclusive of: Fire Detection, Emergency Lighting, Fire Door Inspections, Smoke Extract/Ventilation, Fire Compartments, Fire/Smoke Dampers, Sprinkler Systems, Hydrants, Wet and Dry Risers, Fire Curtains, Ansul System, Fire Refuge Phones
This service is undertaken to both ensure that if you have contracted a service provider to complete a service maintenance contract that they have done the requisite works to ensure that you are Statutory compliant. Equally there may be aspects of your Life Safety System that require routine maintenance that hasn't been completed, we can advice or engage the correctly accredited contractor/s to complete the works.
Following the completion of the Technical Review we will also complete a sample of cause and effect testing (where permitting a fully functional cause and effect test) and provide you with both a Technical Report with system recommendations and a completed Fire Risk Assessment.

Recovery Report that provides you with crystal clear clarity the steps required to ensure that you're operating compliant premises.
Program Planner for more complex Projects in the guise of Technical PPM Audits or Annual Fire Strategy Review.
Following on from our site attendance, clearly you will require an output in the form of a report, whether that be a Fire Risk Assessment, Fire Risk Assessment (with advisory notes) or a Recovery Report detailing out the next steps so that you can get your premises into a Compliant position.
We use all of the recognised Microsoft Office Suite of tools i.e.Word, Excel, PowerPoint and a robust industry leading Cloud Based Software Tool to conduct the Fire Risk Assessment, Technical Audit or Annual Fire Strategy Review, so you can rest assured that your data is safe and secure from online threats and stored for posterity for future audits.
