Asset Verification Survey

Our Asset Survey team are on hand to support you and your business.

Utilising an industry leading "state of the art" Cloud Based Software System we will verify the assets that you have a contractual responsibility to maintain and even more importantly identify the assets that fall within your demise but are currently out of scope.

Our Survey team have years of industry experience and will work with the client to provide both intrusive and non-intrusive surveys to ensure that all assets are verified and compliant.


Condition Survey Report

Following the Asset Verification Survey we will produce a bespoke report inline with industry best practice on the condition of the asset, the recommended task and period that the asset should be maintained.

Coronavirus (Covid-19) Return to Work Risk Assessment

Utilising our Cloud Based software that incorporates the latest guidance from Governing Bodies from around the World, including the World Health Organisation and UK Government. 

To give both you, your employee's and visitors to your building "peace of mind", that the facility has been fully Risk Assessed and that the appropriate controls have been deployed to reduce the risk of transmission in the workplace.

Our Assessors come from a Facilities Management background, so are fully aware of both Risk Management and the appropriate controls to mitigate the risk, but equally they will ensure that the core business activities continue in a "business as usual" fashion.

Following the assessment you will be provided with a PDF electronic report, that we will continue to update, as you follow the actions to reduce the risk of transmission.
